Pricing
All prices are in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. PaymentsCredit/Debit card payments are accepted through PayPal, a payments processing company used widely on E-Bay. There is no additional charge to you for using PayPal. Credit/Debit card details are NOT held by Banyan Tree Yarns Ltd.
Cheque and money orders are also accepted and should be made payable to "Banyan Tree Yarns Ltd".
Shipping
If the ordered items are in stock, your order will be shipped within two business days, unless otherwise specified in advance. Orders over £80 are shipped free of charge using Royal Mail Second Class or Standard Parcel service.
If the ordered items are not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail. The order will then be placed on back-order unless instructed otherwise by you.
Shipping is based on weight and are charged at current Royal Mail rates.
Returns
You have the right to change or cancel an order within 14 days of purchase. Should you wish to change cancel your order, please contact us within the 14 days of purchase. A refund in the same method of original payment will be issued once returned items have been received. It is suggested that you send the items by Recorded Mail as you will be responsible for the return of the items. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that items are damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. A replacement will be shipped at no additional charge upon receipt of damaged/defective items.
